A distillate is like the spirit of a fruit.

It takes great care and skill to capture the whole range of delicate flavours during the destilling process. It is that which makes each taste such an exceptional pleasure.

Our vat is fired with wood from our own forest, which is cultivated in compliance with all guidelines for sustained forestry.

After distilling, the yet unrefined liquor is stored in selected oak barrels. Here, in the dim coolness of our cellar we let the schnapps rest for more than eighteen months to mature and unfold its full body of flavours.
