Nelches Pear:

These pears are a regional specialty of the Bitburg-Luxemburg area. They are very robust and had almost been buried in oblivion, until they had a Renaissance in the early 90s. Compared to the Williams Pear brandy, the Nelches Pear brandy is more original, strong and smooth in its fruit flavor, but without the foregrounding sweetness. Our genuine Nelches Brandy is a real Eifel type – full-bodied, fruity and strong in character.
