Dandelion salad:

200 g fresh young dandelion leaves
some garlic
half an onion
50 g smoked bacon
1 dash of vinegar
2 tbsp thistle oil
1 dash Obstler (apple/pear brandy)

Prepare dandelion. Depending on how bitter you like dandelion, let it sit for a longer or shorter period in lukewarm water, which draws the bitterness. Mix dandelion with oil, garlic and cut onion. Dice the bacon and render it down in a pan. Add vinegar and pour warm over the salad. Usually the bacon has enough salt. Sprinkle with fruit brandy.
